Early  convection may have put a HUGE damper on things this afternoon. Cirrus shield, lower temps, etc will reduce what CAPE there was forecast. Even the latest RUC has things now in AR/LA areas, and not much back into OK due to the early elevated storms. Maybe a marginal hailer/weak tor/funnel at best in my opinion. But, nature sure has way of compensating when possible.

Definitely seems like the better threat is further east along the warm front into AR.  Was it me or did the surface low appear to form a bit further south than expected?

massive hook on a cell heading right towards Little Rock right now.  Tornado on the ground moving at 35 mph.
This could be quite bad
